Rainbow Dash # 8

Well this is my 8th RD vector which makes her the biggest competitor for Twilight for most vectored character in my gallery. This pose came from "Wonderbolts Academy". Anyway as promised, I will mention why I decided to do this non-request vector and I'll try to make it short but clear. Anyway, this actually was initially a request but the requester changed his mind and decided to cancel the request. When the person told me that he no longer wanted this request, I had already finished a few parts of this. I didn't need to finish this since it was canceled but I wanted to do this since it was really easy to make. One thing I really want to make clear, you can indeed cancel the request if you either tell me before I do your request or around the time I sent you the note. What I mean by around the time, I mean that you can reply that you canceled the request for like 24 hours or so, I'm giving that time because I will fully understand that you can't go online to reply to my note and our time zones could also be a big factor. I start making a person's request as soon as I send you the note, if you end up canceling the request while I'm making it, I will either stop it completely or continue it because it's really easy to make. Just because I stop it completely doesn't mean that you can't change your mind again and actually want it, and in case that happens, I will keep the scrapped request in case of this situation so I wouldn't need to start over. Don't worry about me if you cancel your request, I am not bothered by that at all. I hope you guys got all of that. I will do one more non-requested vector for a totally different reason and I'll explain why I did that in that vector.
