Carrot Top (request)

Well, it's been a while since I did request, heck it's been a while since I did a regular vector or even a vector in general. With that being said, it's great to finally make another vector. Her other name is Golden Harvest but I prefer calling her Carrot Top for now. I think I got the reference from Dragonshy. Fun Fact: When I was searching for Carrot Top pictures is when I first discovered her other name, I never knew her other name was Golden Harvest until now.
